A business person wants to establish a business entity, either CV or PT, to support their business activities. The following is a review of how to set up a CV and the procedures that must be prepared.

Then, you have to make a deed of establishment of the CV with the help of a notary. In this process, the owner and manager (passive and active partners) must meet the Notary to sign the deed of establishment. However, if he cannot do so, he can be represented on condition that there is a power of attorney from the owner or manager.

Third, you must apply for legalization to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through the General Legal Administration System (SABU). Later, this submission is sent to the District Court.

After that, the important thing is to make a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) for future corporate taxation matters. At the same time, don’t forget to take care of the Tax Registration Certificate and Business Identification Number (NIB).

NIB can now be obtained through the Online Single Submission or OSS system,  a platform for submitting business licenses that have been digitally integrated.

Requirements for establishing a CV

Then, what documents should you prepare when you want to set up a CV? The following is a summary of the information:

  • A copy of the act of establishment of C,V.
  • Copy of KTP of the director or main director.
  • Copy of the NPWP of the director or main director.
  • Copy of KK of the director or main director.
  • Copy of CV legalization document in court.
  • Copy of building domicile certificate, valid if the CV uses a virtual office.
  • If renting a building, include a copy of the rental agreement document with the building owner.
  • If you own the building, attach a copy of the certificate of ownership.
  • Copy of building permit document.
  • A copy of the UN building.
